I see that the firefox 3.0b1 beta is up for download … and I must admit I’m tempted to install it on a spare machine here.

A new version of Pidgin is available
A few weeks ago I moved over to using Pidgin (used to be called gaim) http://www.pidgin.im
I just saw today that they’ve released 2.1.1 … it hasn’t crashed on me yet (today) but I’m not holding my breath I’ve had problems with the previous incarnation of Pidgin … gaim and could never get it to run [...]
