Thanks to the guys over at EireStudio.net for this mornings piece of good news.

Get yourself a copy of The Art & Science of CSS in PDF form for free from sitepoint

The link is here http://twitaway.aws.sitepoint.com/ There may be one or two issues with just following on twitter as I never received a link but signing up with email seems to do the job. A few weeks ago I received my free Air pocket reference guide in the post from them. I’m a happy camper :)

I like it, but I’d lose the calendar – I don’t think it serves any real purpose?

would you believe nearly the first thing I did when playing with my local version was to drop all CSS from the code for the calendar and then remove the widget for it :D Given the lack of posts from me on here its probably a good thing. The front page gets hit with the top ten for the moment I think.

I like it – Really fits the double meaning of cookies! Nice neutral colours and of course they fit the cookie double meaning….

Thanks Dan :) unfortunately my motivation on fixing up the bugs on the blog has waned (sp.) the last few days. I was trying out a test with the Advert as well though it’ll be getting dropped shortly I hate ads on personal blogs for the most part :D Its more to do with forbairt marketing site :D (and my plans for world domination cough)

Thumb up for the design, I like it
except for the link to the comments which is difficult to spot and in IE7 the google ad sticks out of the second column on the right.

    Thanks Merrill,

Yeah I need to include some text from the recent comment I think and I’m aware of the advert but they are limited in sizes available one being too small or text and the other being too big. I’ll be removing the advertising shortly on the site its an experiment for the moment.
