I can see why its needed, but I&#039;m also afriad that they might start on the smaller offenders becuase they&#039;ll be the easiest to scare and also it would get bigger media attention if some granny in Limerick is fined for watching some tv program on youtube....</description>

		<description>I&#039;m on the fence if this is a good thing or bad thing. Its probably a better idea than taking some teenager to court and suing for thousands that his/her family cant even afford. 

I don&#039;t like the fact of an ISP sharing data though, thats when privacy of all users can go out the window. Lets hope that ISP&#039;s stay the same, not having a clue about their current setups. ;-)</description>

		<description>Well as I see it its only a matter of time. Laws in Ireland / UK are very similar and with BT being a pretty big player in the UK market I&#039;d assume this would have some sort of impact on the irish users as well ?</description>
